Terms & Conditions

1. Free Request Allocation & Cadence

As a Servilla Member, you receive "Free Request" credits based on your selected plan. To ensure service quality and consistent concierge availability, these credits are distributed throughout the membership year on the following schedule:

Starter Plan (2 Requests/Year): One (1) credit is unlocked every six (6) months (Semi-annually).

Essential Plan (4 Requests/Year): One (1) credit is unlocked every three (3) months (Quarterly).

Premium Plan (8 Requests/Year): Two (2) credits are unlocked every three (3) months (Quarterly).

Expiration: Credits are available for use once the specific time interval has passed. Unused credits will expire a year from the date they are credited and cannot be rolled over.

2. Early Access Refund Policy

If a Member requires concierge service but has already exhausted their current available Free Request credits, the following policy applies:

Immediate Service: The Member may submit a request by paying the standard $35 Service Fee.

Automated Refund: Once the Member’s next Free Request credit becomes available (based on the schedules in Section 1), Servilla will apply that new credit to the previously paid request and refund the $35 Service Fee to the Member’s original payment method.

Eligibility: This refund is only applicable to the most recent paid request and only if a Free Request credit becomes available within the same membership year.

3. Request Fulfillment & Credits

Servilla acts as a concierge service to find, vet, and schedule service providers.

Vetting Guarantee: If Servilla is unable to successfully find, vet, or schedule a provider that meets our quality standards and your specific requirements for a paid request ($35 fee), you will have the option to have the fee refunded to your original form of payment, or in the form of a free request credit.

Application: If you opt to receive a free request credit in lieu of a refund to your original form of payment, this credit will be applied to your account immediately to cover the service fee for your next request.

4. Provider Payments & Liabilities

Scope of Service: Servilla’s service fee covers the coordination and vetting of the service.

Direct Payment: Members remain solely responsible for the direct payment to the service provider (e.g., the plumber, mechanic, or contractor) for the actual labor and materials performed.

Liability: Servilla is a concierge intermediary. We are not liable for the quality of work, damages, or disputes arising from the performance of third-party providers.

5. Cancellation & Membership Changes

Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time. Upon cancellation, access to any remaining Free Request credits or pending "Early Access" refunds will terminate at the end of the current billing cycle.

Modifications: Servilla reserves the right to modify these terms to better serve our community. Members will be notified via email 30 days in advance of any material changes to pricing or credit allocation.
